After working in sales for twenty five years in non-sports related fields, Tim made a big career move in 2013 by forming an outdoor sports-related rep agency, All Out Sports Marketing LLC, DBA Endurance Sports Outfitters. This agency was instrumental in pioneering a top ten footwear brand and works closely with other industry leading brands. In addition to managing the agency's collective territory, Tim works directly with accounts in North Carolina and the Mid-Atlantic.

Tim is also a member of the Board of Directors for Tobacco Road Marathon (TRM) in Cary, NC. TRM is a 100% charitable event which has raised over $1.3 million for its beneficiaries.

Wanting not to take life too seriously, Tim's favorite race distance is the (Beer) Mile, in which he holds a PR of 8:34. In addition, Tim has raced many other distances, including ultramarathon, is a three time finisher of the Boston Marathon and holds a marathon PR of 3:34:54.

Tim and his wife, Caryn, reside in Raleigh, NC. They have two grown sons, and two beautiful granddaughters. The entire extended family enjoys long distance running and staying active in nature. When he isn’t working, you’ll find Tim mountain biking, running trails, disc golfing or travelling to adventurous destinations.

Chuck Muller, Principal
After spending 20+ years with a top 3 footwear brand, Chuck joined Tim and the RUNESO team in October of 2020. Chuck has been more of a fitness runner over the years to help stay fit and healthy for his first love, racquetball. Now transitioning to pickle ball, Chuck also enjoys golf, fishing and spending time with family.
In addition to aiding Tim in managing the agency’s collective territory Chuck works directly with accounts in Georgia, South Carolina and eastern Tennessee. Chuck has been awarded for his leadership in this industry several times including 7-time salesman of the year.
Chucks holds a BS in Economics from Auburn University. Chuck and his wife Jeri reside in Toccoa, GA, and have 3 grown children and three grandkids. A family weekend at the lake is our favorite thing to do!
